Live at clickos.link — and in active testing

Anyone can shorten a link.ClickOS tells you which campaign it paid off.

Create an entity, attach its links, group them into campaigns. Every click arrives with that context still attached — so your dashboard answers questions instead of printing numbers.

Seven-character short codes

Minted the moment you save a link — no extra step.

Device, referrer, country

Recorded on every click and rolled up daily.

Three report scopes

Campaign, entity or workspace — PDF print and CSV.

Fast by default

⌘K command menu, light and dark, keyboard-first.

The gap

A list of links is not a marketing report.

Three things break the moment a campaign leaves the planning doc and meets the real world.

Links scatter.

A bio, a paid ad, three stories, a QR on a poster, a broadcast message. By week two nobody can say which link belonged to which push — or to whom.

Counts aren't answers.

“4,812 clicks” doesn't tell you whether the launch worked, which platform carried it, or what deserves the budget next week.

Context dies at the shortener.

Most tools forget which campaign a link served the second you paste it. So the report gets rebuilt by hand, from memory, the night before the meeting.

The model

Entity → links → campaign. That's the whole idea.

It's the one thing a flat link list can't do: keep ownership and campaign attached to the number, from the first click to the final report.

Entity
NR

Nova Ray

Artist

musictoureast-africa

Anything that owns links: an artist, a brand, a product, a venue, an event — tagged however you think.

Links
Album pre-save/aB3xY7z
Tour tickets/summer-tour
Launch reel/Kd9Qm2v

Each one gets a short code, an optional UTM string and a QR — all from the same form.

Campaigns
Album launch3 links
Summer tour2 links

Campaigns reference links, so the same link can serve both — counted once, credited twice.

01

Create an entity

An artist, a brand, a product, a venue, an event. Tag it the way you actually think about it instead of picking from someone else's categories.

02

Attach links

Paste a destination. ClickOS mints the short code, composes the UTM string and generates a downloadable QR — before you hit save.

03

Group into campaigns

Campaigns reference links, so a link can serve several at once. Draft, active, paused or completed — the status belongs to the campaign.

04

Read the result

Clicks roll up by link, entity, campaign and platform over 7, 30 or 90 days — then out to a report you can hand to a client.

What's inside

Everything a link needs, in one form.

Short code, UTM string, QR and campaign membership are set where you create the link — not in four different tools you have to reconcile later.

Branded short links

Every link is served from clickos.link the moment you save it. On Starter and up, claim the readable version — clickos.link/summer-tour — and the analytics follow the code.

QR codes that report back

Download a crisp SVG QR for any link. The poster and the story point at the same short code, so offline finally shows up next to online.

UTM builder, inline

Compose source, medium, campaign, term and content in the link form. Visitors land on the tagged URL, so your destination's own analytics see the attribution too.

Analytics that answer questions

Which links perform best? Which platforms send traffic? Which campaigns drive clicks? Where does traffic come from? Four questions, four answers, over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Reports you can hand over

Scope to a campaign, an entity or the whole workspace: summary, trend, top and weak performers, and recommendations. Print to PDF or export CSV.

Share-ready campaign briefs

Every campaign generates a brief listing each link grouped under the entity that owns it — ready for Slack, email, or a printed page in a meeting.

Team roles

Invite teammates by email as owner, admin or member. Seats scale with your plan.

Out of your way

⌘K to jump anywhere, a workspace switcher, and light, dark or system themes.

EngageOS

The comment that turns into a click.

Connect an Instagram business account and ClickOS answers for you. Someone comments “link” under your reel; they get your short link in seconds — and that click lands in the same analytics as everything else you measure.

Rules, not scripts

Pick a trigger, list your keywords, choose whether any, all or an exact match should fire, and write the reply.

A compliance guard that says no

Rate limits (100 replies an hour, 1,000 a day), Meta's 24-hour DM window and duplicate suppression are all checked before anything sends.

Dry-run before you go live

Simulate an incoming comment in-app and watch the rule match, clear compliance and log — without touching a real account.

An activity log with reasons

Sent, skipped, blocked, no match or error — every processed event is recorded with why it ended that way.

What it needs: an Instagram business account connected through your own Meta app and webhook — the Automations screen hands you the URL and verify token to paste in. Free includes 5 preset rules; custom rules start on Starter.

Instagram automation

Trigger → rule → compliance → reply → log

  1. Comment, DM, mention or story reply arrives

  2. Keyword rule matches — any, all or exact

  3. Compliance guard checks rate, window and duplicates

  4. Reply sends with your ClickOS link

  5. Outcome logged — and the click lands in analytics

Every step above can be rehearsed with the built-in simulator first.

Pricing

Priced so the free plan is actually usable.

Start free and keep everything you build. Upgrade when the link count, the team or the automations do — not because a paywall showed up on day one.

Straight answers

Worth asking before you move your links.

Is ClickOS live, or is this a demo?
It's live — clickos.linkserves real short links and records real clicks today. It's also young and still in active testing, so the product changes quickly. The free plan is open to everyone and never asks for a card.
What exactly gets recorded when someone clicks?
The redirect records the date, the device class (desktop, mobile or tablet), a normalised referrer (Instagram, Google, Direct, and so on) and the country your host reports — then stores them as daily totals per link. It sets no tracking cookies on your visitors and builds no cross-site profile of them.
How is a campaign different from a folder?
A campaign references links instead of owning them, so one link can sit in several campaigns at once. Your evergreen bio link can count toward the album launch and the tour at the same time — no duplicates, no second short code, one set of numbers.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every link is served from clickos.link. Free links get an auto-generated seven-character code; Starter and Pro can claim readable ones like clickos.link/summer-tour. Custom domains are on the roadmap and not built yet.
What do I need to run the Instagram automations?
An Instagram business account, your own Meta app, and a webhook pointed at ClickOS — the Automations screen gives you the webhook URL and verify token to paste into Meta. Free plans get five preset rules; custom rules start on Starter. Every reply passes a compliance guard before it sends.
What happens when I hit the free link limit?
Nothing you've built goes away. Free covers 25 tracked links — at the limit ClickOS asks you to upgrade before you add the 26th, and everything already tracked keeps running and reporting.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Campaign, entity and workspace reports export to CSV, and print to PDF straight from the browser — the same document you'd hand a client.

Your next campaign ships with links in it either way.

You can have the entity, the campaign and the measurement in place before it does. It takes about five minutes and no card.
